Roast all groundnuts
Then roast the oats, we have added oats in it due to it contains large fibre
Now grind roasted groundnuts ,white vatana , soyabean ,oats
Make sure that grind all ingredients one by one , to avoid pressure on blades of mixer
Now place a net on bowl and and pass groundnut powder
Nextly pass soyabean powder, grinded oats , and Grinded white vatana through net
The net would help to avoid lumps
Now add Almonds powder
Add milk powder and coco powder through net
Coco powder is optional
Mix well
Add it to hot milk and ready to drink
